Privacy Policy

Ramanalayam respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us: when you submit a prayer request, apply for accommodation, volunteer, donate, subscribe to the newsletter, or write to us through the contact form, we receive the information you provide — such as your name, email, country, and the content of your message.

Information we collect automatically: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, response status). We use these logs only to keep the site running securely.

Cookies: we use a single authentication cookie so that, if you choose to sign in, your session remains active. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information: to reply to your message, to process your request, and — in the case of prayers and donations — to record the offering. We never sell or rent your information.

Storage and retention: form submissions are stored in our internal database. You may request deletion at any time by writing to hello@ramanalayam.lk.

Your rights: you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. We will respond within 30 days.

Children's section: the children's pages do not collect personal information.

Changes: if we update this policy, we will post the changes here with a new 'last updated' date.
